I bought this shirt thinking it would be a little nicer for the price, but the fabric felt thin right away. After just one wash, it got rough too, which was disappointing. I really wanted to like it, but honestly... not sure it was worth the cost

I ordered from Rodd & Gunn and the clothes themselves were actually nice, but I ran into a sizing issue and trying to get help was a bit of a hassle. It took a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, I’m not sure how to explain it, but it kind of felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. The return instructions weren’t super clear either, so the whole thing ended up being more annoying than it needed to be.

I don’t know if they made it this soft on purpose just to get me to buy more, but it’s really comfortable. I’ve been reaching for it way more than I thought I would.

I bought a shirt and a pair of chinos from Rodd & Gunn i was happy when they arrived. The fabric feels really nice, and even after a few washes the stitching still looks solid, which was a relief. The fit was mostly spot on too, so I was feeling good about the purchase. Then I remembered how much I paid and, yeah, that part took the shine off a bit. Still, the quality is definitely there, so I can’t complain too much

Their deliveries always show up exactly when they say they will. It’s almost suspicious how on time they are, but I’m definitely not complaining.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but this felt way too expensive for what it is. I paid quite a bit and was expecting the quality to feel noticeably better, but it was average. The fit wasn’t anything special either. For the price, I figured it would feel more premium or at least seem like it would last longer. I’ve bought cheaper clothes that felt just as good, maybe even better. I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again

Most of the sizes I looked for were actually in stock, which was nice. The one color I really wanted was sold out, but I ended up finding something close enough. Checkout was quick and easy too. Something about it just made the whole process feel simple.

I tried ordering from roddandgunn.com and just gave up after a while. The site was slow, the filters kept resetting, and a few things looked like they were in stock until I actually clicked on them.

Checkout was somehow even more annoying. It froze on me once, and when I refreshed, my cart had changed by itself. That’s not exactly reassuring when you’re about to enter payment details.

I also never got any kind of follow-up after the issues, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating. Maybe the clothes are nice, but the website experience was bad enough that I don’t really feel like trying again.

I ordered a shirt from Rodd & Gunn the packaging was solid. The box was sturdy, the shirt was folded neatly, and there were no weird smells or damage, which I appreciated. The only thing is it felt like a lot of packaging for just one shirt, and that kind of waste seems preventable. Still, it arrived clean and in great shape, so I’m happy overall.

My Rodd & Gunn order showed up on time, and most of it was exactly what I ordered. The shirts were the right size and color, so no complaints there.

One pair of pants came in the wrong length though, which was unnecessary and meant I had to deal with a return. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I’m still waiting on my order after about two weeks. Maybe there’s a delay somewhere, but it does feel like the shipping is taking way too long

I sent my order back without any issues, but wow, the refund took way longer than I expected. I also had to wait a bit for support to get back to me, which was frustrating. not the best experience.

I popped into the store to try on a jacket I’d seen online. The clothes were really nice in person, but the staff barely said hi and seemed way more interested in chatting with each other.
When I asked about sizes, it felt like I was bothering them. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Maybe it was just an off day, but for those prices, I’d expect much better service.
